Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the rules for cancellations, refunds, and booking changes at Greenland Resort.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in: Eligible for partial refund. Cancellation 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in: No refund. No-show bookings are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges may be deducted.

3. Booking Modifications

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may include price differences.

4. Cancellation by Resort

In rare cases, bookings may be cancelled due to maintenance issues, overbooking, or natural events. Refunds will be provided accordingly.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

6. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Razorpay and returned to the original payment method.
